Plexi Digital provides digital services including, but not limited to, web design, web development, branding, and digital marketing. Specific deliverables, timelines, and fees are defined in individual project agreements or statements of work agreed in writing with each client.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and code — is the property of Plexi Digital or its licensors and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. Ownership of deliverables created for clients is governed by the terms of the relevant project agreement.

Payment Terms

Payment terms are set out in individual project proposals. Invoices are payable within the period specified on the invoice. Plexi Digital reserves the right to suspend work on outstanding projects if payments are materially overdue.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Plexi Digital's total liability in connection with these Terms or any services provided shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for the relevant project in the three months preceding the claim.

You agree not to use this website or our services for any unlawful purpose, to infringe any third-party rights, or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our systems or reputation.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
