Two engagement models — projects and retainers.
Project-based
Web design, development, branding and mobile apps are scoped and priced per project. You receive a proposal with deliverables, timeline and fixed price — no hourly billing, no scope creep surprises.
Monthly retainer
SEO, PPC and ongoing digital marketing run as monthly packages. We agree KPIs upfront and report against them every month. Cancel with 30 days notice after the initial term.
Bundled engagements
Most clients combine services — for example, a web build followed by SEO and PPC. Bundled scopes are priced together and often benefit from shared strategy work, reducing the total investment.

How does Plexi price projects?
We work on fixed-scope proposals. After a discovery call we send a detailed brief and quote — you know the full price before any work begins. Retainer-based services (SEO, PPC, marketing) are priced as monthly packages.
What do the "starting from" ranges represent?
They reflect the minimum engagement for a typical project in that service line. Final pricing depends on scope, number of pages or features, integrations, timelines and whether bilingual (Arabic/English) delivery is required.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. Project work typically requires a 50% deposit to begin, with the balance due on handoff. Monthly retainers are invoiced at the start of each month.
Can I combine multiple services?
Absolutely — most clients engage us across two or more service lines. Bundled projects often benefit from efficiency savings as strategy, design and development share the same context.
What currencies do you invoice in?
We invoice in AED (UAE Dirhams). USD, GBP and EUR invoicing is available for international clients on request.
How long does a typical project take?
A branding project runs 4–6 weeks; a web design + development project typically 6–12 weeks depending on scope. We agree milestones and delivery dates in the proposal before work starts.
